Chief Burguk is a male Orc, in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He is the chief of Dushnikh Yal, the Orc Stronghold located south-east of Markarth.

He became the leader here after he had slain his father in single combat because he was too old and weak to rule the tribe any longer. Burguk states that one day his own son will challange him and defeat him when his time will come. The orcs in the strongholds have this custom in order to ensure that the leader is a strong and worthy one.

Being the Chief, he is the only Orc in Dushnikh Yal and the nearby mine, that is allowed to have one or more wives and to have children with them. He is the most respected member in the orc community.

He has two children which he fathered with different wives , the blacksmith's apprentice Umurn and his brother Nagrub.

He has three wives Shel, his favourite one, Arob the Hunts-wife and Gharol the Forge-wife.
