Chillfurrow Farm is a small wheat mill and farm located just outside of Whiterun, and is owned by Nazeem and Ahlam.
Even though the farm is owned by Nazeem, he is never there in-game. The sole occupant is Wilmuth, but he does not offer any notable dialogue towards the Dragonborn.
A grain mill and a wood chopping block can be found nearby.
