Not to be confused with Cirroc the Lofty.

Cirroc is a Redguard priest of Talos who lives and works in Bruma at the Great Chapel of Talos. He also is an Apprentice Restoration skill trainer.

He recruits the Hero to return The Stone of St. Alessia in the quest of the same name.
