Conjure Flame Atronach is an Apprentice-level Conjuration spell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Casting it summons a Flame Atronach for 60 seconds, for a base cost of 150 MagickaIcon.png. Upon death, the Atronach explodes, causing fire damage to all around, including the summoner. If time expires while the Atronach is alive, she does not explode. Conjure Flame Atronach is one of various spells Faralda can ask the Dragonborn to cast before gaining entrance into the College of Winterhold.

Attributes of the construct:

Conjured Daedra cannot be Soul Trapped, and atronachs conjured by the Dragonborn do not appear to leave corpses or loot. Flame Atronachs count as Lesser Daedra, meaning the spell Banish Daedra and its superior form, Expel Daedra, returns them to Oblivion. Cloak spells such as Lightning Cloak damage summoned Atronachs. Flame Atronachs are resistant to area of effect fire spells such as Fireball.
