Conjure Mistman is an Adept level Conjuration spell found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard. The spell is used to summon a mage Mistman for 60 seconds.
Location
In order to find the tome, while in the Soul Cairn go to the area where the most Northen Keeper on the floating tower is found. Head south east from the tower and near the barrier is a structure with steps and a small pillar on it. That is where the Conjure Mistman tome is.

Can be missing so just reload a save.
