Agnis

Agnis is an old woman located in Fort Greymoor. Nazir mentions something about your allegiance may matter. In my case, I was with the Stormcloaks and had completed the Battle for Whiterun, so the fort was under Stormcloak guard and I did not have to fight through it. If you do not pursue the main quest and have no allegience, the fort will be controlled by Bandits. Per Nazir's comment, your experience may vary.

If you go around the fort to the small stream, you will find a grate where you can gain easy access.

She can be located in a small room very far from everyone else, making this even easier. At night only one guard was awake and the room was quite dark, so if you have to sneak it is not that difficult.

She is an interesting if not clueless character. If you speak to her she complains about cleaning up after everyone. If you tell her time to go to sleep and embrace the void she tells you she is too busy and what are you rambling on about and will not engage in conversation again. If you tell her she has cleaned her last room she thinks you are crazy because she has plenty more rooms to clean and ends the conversation.

In any event, killing her (with Stormcloak/Imperial allegiance or with being neutral) caused absolutely no stir or loss in standing with the guards. If you are aligned differently please update.

Report back to Nazir to collect your reward.
