The dagger is found at the base of the Shrine of Sithis inside Deepscorn Hollow as part of The Vile Lair plug-in.

- Base Value
refers to the value without factoring the effects of Mercantile skill or NPC disposition. - Base Damage refers to the base damage rating without factoring the effects of the appropriate Blade or Blunt skill, or the condition of the weapon.
- The item between 1–9 and 10–14 was supposedly meant to be given at levels 5–9, but the dagger is not given to players at level 5–9, instead they will get the weaker version.
