Crosier of St. Llothis the Pious is a Tribunal Temple quest available to the Nerevarine during the events of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Objectives

1. Speak with Uvoo Llaren.
2. Head to Dagoth Ur.
   • Search for the Crosier of St. Llothis within the Inner Tower.
   • Obtain the Corsier from the corpse of Voruse Bethrimo.
3. Return to Llaren.

Walkthrough

With the Cleaver of St. Felms safely back in Temple care, the Nerevarine will be sent on a final retrieval quest for the Temple. Uvoo Llaren will tell the Nerevarine that an ancient Crosier, wielded by St. Llothis the Pious, has been lost in Red Mountain, and that they must return it to the Temple.

Relic Hunting

The Nerevarine is told that the Crosier was in the hands of the Buoyant Armiger Captain Voruse Bethrimo, whom is believed to have been killed during his campaign against the Sixth House forces within their fortress of Dagoth Ur. The Nerevarine must therefore go into the heart of Red Mountain, and the Sixth House, itself to get the Crosier. Once inside Dagoth Ur (atop Red Mountain, whose entrance can be gained through using a valve mounted on a broken struct to the left of the door) the Nerevarine must head to the Inner Tower. Inside, the Nerevarine will find the body of Voruse Bethrimo with the Crosier laying next to him.

With the Crosier in hand, the Nerevarine must return to Llaren to complete the quest. As this is the last of Llaren's quests, the Nerevarine will have to look elsewhere in the Temple for more quests.

It was lost on Red Mountain near the foul lair of Dagoth Ur himself and may be in his hands even now. Quest accepted

Trivia

• The Nerevarine may have already picked up the Crosier during "The Citadels of the Sixth House" quest.
  • In this case, the Nerevarine will simply have to hand the Crosier over to Llaren without visiting Dagoth Ur again.
• If the Nerevarine reaches (or has reached) the rank of Patriach within the Temple, Llaren will entrust the Crosier to them.
  • If the Nerevarine is above the rank of Patriach, Llaren will not give them this quest.
