Cryomancers and Cryomages are mages that specialize in frost-based Destruction spells and can be found all throughout The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Background[]
They can be found battling a pyromancer in a one-on-one duel as a random encounter. A cryomancer can be found in Morvunskar while doing the Daedric quest A Night to Remember. Standard cryomancers can be located when you reach level 36 and Boss Cryomancers are found at level 46.
