Davide Surilie is a Breton and a resident of Skingrad. He is one of the three people Glarthir suspects is spying on him. He can die in the quest "Paranoia."
He and his brother Gaston run the Surilie Brothers Vineyards outside of the gates of Skingrad. They make some of the best wines in Cyrodiil, Surilie Brothers Wine, Surilie Brothers Vintage 415 and Surilie Brothers Vintage 399, according to the townspeople.
