The Dealer is a Bosmer found inside Redwater Den.

The Bloodstone Chalice
She will initially welcome the Dragonborn to the skooma den hidden under Redwater Den. When asked about the den, she boasts that they are purveyors of the best Skooma outside of Balmora. If asked what is so special about the Skooma, she explains that the secret is the Bloodspring located deep within the den.
She can be persuaded to give a free sample of Redwater Skooma or it can be bought from her.
After discovering the Bloodspring, she will be the sole inhabitant of the den not marked as a Vampire's Thrall provided she is still alive. This suggests that she is there of her own free will, unlike everyone else there.
Trivia
- PC She can be converted into follower via Console Command if she is summoned by her base ID.
- PC If she is summoned via console command, she does not contain any dialogue she had in the Redwater Den, her relationship rank and factions are also neutral.
- PC Both summoned version and original one in the den can be force married via console commands, and she served as both a good merchant and follower if tweaked well.
- PC However the follower option might be gone after 24 in game hour under this condition, use
resurrectormarkfordeletecommand to solve this problem.
