Deathbrand Gauntlets are a unique pair of stalhrim light bracers and part of the Deathbrand armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
Acquisition
This piece of armor is obtained from an ancient chest marked on the Deathbrand treasure map during the quest "Deathbrand."
It is located south of the Bristleback Cave, in a sinkhole before a river. Surrounded by a group of Mudcrabs. Follow the coast south from the cave.
Enchantment
Wearing this piece of armor grants the following bonuses:
- Fortify One-Handed: 10 points for each piece of Deathbrand armor worn, but only when dual-wielding.
If it is worn with the rest of the set, armor rating is boosted 100 points.
Smithing
It can be upgraded with a chunk of Stalhrim at a workbench and benefits from the Ebony Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
