Template:SummersetFactions The Divine Prosecution are a faction that appears in The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset. They are the judiciary of the Summerset Isles during the Second Era, and are second only in authority to the court of Queen Ayrenn, and have authority over secular, religious and cultural aspects of the law.[1]
As well as having powers to try offenders of crimes, the Divine Prosecution also has the authority to enforce the law directly, including keeping the peace on the isles.[2]

The Queen's Decree
Razum-dar asks the Vestige to ask three citizens of Shimmerene their opinions on Queen Ayrenn's decree to allow other races onto the island of Summerset. The Divine Prosecution is revealed to have "sequestered" many new immigrants.
