and is an intelligence, willpower and agility deck that represents Aldmeri Dominion.

Dominion Dominance is a deck which focuses on doing as much direct damage to the opponent as possible to trigger cards with the Empower keyword. This is done mostly with actions which synergizes well with Altmer cards.
