Windhelm resident and skooma addict Stands-In-Shallows is going through withdrawals and needs a stronger form of skooma to quell it. After talking with him in the Argonian Assemblage or on the docks outside, the Dragonborn heads to the New Gnisis Cornerclub in the Gray Quarter to grant his wish.

LocationEdit

The bottle is hidden among some boxes behind the stairwell on the second floor.

TriviaEdit

• Clairvoyance can help with locating the bottle if the quest has been accepted.
• Even if the Dragonborn doesn't start the quest, the bottle will still be there.
• The bottle re-spawns every few days.
