Template:OblivionNPCs Dovyn Aren is an ex-member of the Thieves Guild. Dovyn spends his days walking around the Imperial City or wandering through the city's sewers.

His house is located in the northeastern section of the Elven Gardens District, right next to Ida Vlinorman's house, it has two stories with the upper being his personal living quarters. He carries a steel longsword and wears a leather cuirass and boots along with Burgundy Linens|burgundy linens.

Trainer

Dovyn also teaches basic Alteration and when asked about it he says "Dovyn Aren. Yeah, I still do training. I'm not what I used to be, but I can still teach Alteration just fine." He is willing to share information with fellow thieves.

According to some citizens, he also used to teach Levitation magic, but lost his passion for it after the Levitation Act was passed, which banned its use.[1][2]
