Cyrus' old friend Tobias sends him a letter regarding his sister's disappearance. Upon speaking to Tobias in the inn, he will speak to about what he knows about Iszara. He will also say that he will stay at the inn until he leaves and the bartender Dreekius can be trusted.

- The name is a pun on the words dragon and tail, making the name "Draggin Tale." The sign also has pictures of a spiked red reptilian tail.
