A Dwarven Bow is an archery weapon found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Locations[]
Unenchanted Dwarven Bows will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 12 and enchanted bows can be found at level 13. These locations include:
- Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
- Wielded by various NPCs.
- Found as random loot in chests, or as a world item throughout Skyrim.
- May be found in Dwemer ruins.

- Avanchnzel Animoncultory - On a table after going through the hallway.
- On a table in Movarth's Lair.
Smithing[]
Crafting the bow requires a Smithing level of 30 and the Dwarven Smithing perk to create. It is made at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:
- 2 x Dwarven Metal Ingots
- 1 x Iron Ingot
It can be upgraded with a Dwarven Metal Ingot at a grindstone and also benefits from the Dwarven Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
Variants[]
- Zephyr – This unique Dwarven Bow is found on a log, overhanging a cliff in Arkngthamz in the add-on Dawnguard.
- Dwarven Black Bow of Fate – A unique Dwarven Bow with a black color scheme, found at the end of Kagrumez in the add-on Dragonborn.
