During the Interregnum in 2E 582, the Bloodthorn Cult of the Reach waged war with the Bretons of Glenumbra to destroy and corrupt the Daggerfall Covenant to do his bidding. The Bloodthorn Cult led by Lord Velian captured the town of Eagle's Brook and used necromantic rituals to turn the people of Eagle's Brook into the Undead and to pillage the village. The Lion Guard set up a perimeter around Eagle's Brook to prevent the spread of the destruction. A traveler that was known as the Vestige, arrived into Eagle's Brook and fought the Bloodthorn Cult. With the help of an ex-Red Rooks Bandit known as Tamien Sellan, the Vestige freed Eagle's Brook from the Bloodthorn Cult and Lord Velian.[1][2]
