Eitar is a Nord smith who resides in the city of Leyawiin. He assists Tun-Zeeus at The Dividing Line. Eitar is an apprentice-level trainer in the Armorer skill. He is married to Margarte.

Eitar likes to cause trouble between the Khajiit and Argonians in Leyawiin. He frequently talks about who would win in a fight. Rather than take a side, he will switch between who the winner would be. Most of the townsfolk have little respect for what he does, some of them fearing it would cause a riot eventually.
