Overview

Walthrough

Vision

After collecting the second piece of the Staff of Chaos from the Laybrinthian go to sleep. Ria Silmane will contact you in your sleep and will tell you that the third piece of the staff of chaos is located in the Elden Grove.

Queen Ulandra

Travel to Eldenroot palace in Valenwood and ask Queen Ulandra about Elden Grove. She informs you that for her to tell you of the locations of Elden Wood you will have to help her kill Selene. Queen Ulandra will locate "Selene's Web" on your map.

Selene's Web

Selene's Web is southeast of Eldenwood. Once you enter Selene's Web go far south west and go onto the northwestly island and pick up the golden key. Then go south west until you hit a door that is locked with a magic. The gold key will open that door.

Once you have made it to the second floor go southeast to reach another door. However this door is locked with a magic lock therefore go to the southeast of the dungon. You will see a room up ahead and a running jump or the passwall spell will have to be used to reach the interior. Inside this room will contain the key that will unlock the second door. Go back to the locked door and open it and take the diamond. Bring this back to the queen.

Elden Grove

The Queen will mark Elden Grove on your map. Once you enter Elden Grove go to the southeast corner of the map and you will find the enternic to the underground. Go west then the you will have to swim north and you will find the riddle door guarding the Staff Piece.

Riddle

"My second is performed by my first,
And, it is thought,
A thief by the marks of my whole,
Might be caught.
Who am I?"

The answer is "footsteps".

Inside the staff piece will be waiting for you. To get out of the room you will have to solve another riddle.

Riddle

"Elvish mithril and Argonian silver, crumble I can.
But first, I improve all created by man.
I devour all things,
Bird and beast, serfs and kings,
Though my pace is even, men curse my speed,
Wishing I were lazier in their hour of need.
I can creep and crawl, or rush, even fly.
I am all thou hast. Tell me, who am I?"

The Answer is "Time".
