Emer Dareloth was the first Gray Fox. He was also the original thief of the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. The effect of this theft caused his name to be erased from history due to the curse of the cowl, and it sealed Emer Dareloth's house, which was used as a guild hall.
Once the Hero becomes the Gray Fox, it changes the course of history and undoes the curse, opening Emer Dareloth's house to use as a guild hall once more and restoring it to its former glory.
