Eplear was a Bosmer king who founded the Camoran Dynasty in year zero of the First Era (1E 0).[1][2]
The founding of the Camoran Dynasty marked the beginning of the First Era and recorded time.[1][2] Eplear's success in uniting the inherently wild Bosmer is counted among the greatest military feats in Tamriel's history.[1]
