Er-Teeus is an Argonian worshipping the Daedric Prince Peryite. He is frozen in a trance that relates to the Daedric Princes quest, but can be unfrozen in completion of the quest for Peryite. He is unkillable before completion of Peryite.
Er-Teeus wears Monk Robes, is armed with an Iron Dagger, and carries a few Septims.

After a misguided attempt to summon Peryite, the souls of his worshippers became trapped between worlds. Peryite asks that the Hero travel to the plane of Oblivion and retrieve their souls.
