Eric of Guis

Eric of Guis was Reman Cyrodiil's emissary to the Altmer. He lived among them around 1E 2820. He wrote, amongst other things to Reman, that "the High Elves consider themselves to be the only perfect race," and that "over hundreds of generations they have bred themselves into a racially pure line."
