Ethrandora is a Bosmer mage apprentice of House Telvanni residing in Sadrith Mora, Vvardenfell. She received a love letter from a fellow apprentice, Bralen Neloran, which he wrote while drunk, and is holding onto it for blackmail purposes, as it would be a scandal for a Dark Elf to have become romantically attached to one of the "lesser races" such as the Wood Elves.
