Eyja is a Nord living in Skingrad. Eyja is also a servant for hire for 150 
if the Hero has bought the Servants quarters in Rosethorn Hall.

Eyja can be hired to work at Rosethorn Hall, and can provide Shepherd's Pie and Rosethorn Mead if asked. She will also sleep in the basement of Rosethorn Hall, making her an easy target for vampires.
