Falanu Hlaalu is the owner of the shop All Things Alchemical in Skingrad and a member of the House Hlaalu of Morrowind. She says that she fled and is unable to return home.

Falanu identifies herself as the only alchemist in Skingrad, and sells a large amount of potions and ingredients. While bartering she carries 800
with her.
When asked about Skingrad, Falanu will talk about being unable to go back to Morrowind, then ask what the fine for necrophilia is in Cyrodiil. While she does not say she is a necrophiliac, it would bring some insight into why she cannot return to Morrowind, since desecrating the dead is a great crime there.
She can be asked about the location of any nearby Daedric shrines and will mark the Shrine of Sanguine on the map.

- Despite saying she is the only alchemist in town, Sinderion can be easily found in his cellar at the West Weald Inn. What she may mean is that she is the only one that does business, since Sinderion devotes most of his time to research.
- Southeast of the Imperial City, along the Red Ring Road, is a burnt down building with a sign naming it "All Things Alchemical." Presumably, this was owned by Falanu as well, though she will not mention it in conversation.
