A Stormcloak Camp at the western side of the base of the Throat of the World.
Inside the main tent there is a map with the locations of most forts and towns in Skyrim. Click on it, and you get to know a little more geography.
Bugs:If you have completed the civil war questline on the Imperial Legions side,or just don't like stormcloaks,the leader at falkreath stormcloak camp is invincible. Every time you try to kill him, he falls to the ground and eventually gets back up again.
