Fell's Justice is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Background[]
I managed to drive the bandits from Fell's Run, but the bandit's leader, Leonce Gavendien, escaped with the stolen jewels.

Walkthrough[]
After completing "Frightened Folk," Constable Agazu will ask you to go after Leonce Gavendien, to take back the jewels and get revenge for the death of Lauravieve Mondorie. She would go with you herself, but she got wounded when Gavendien made his escape. Agazu has determined from interrogating Bailiff Sagabar that their camp is to the north, southwest of Northpoint.
When you arrive there, you will find that the place is littered with bandits, so you will have to fight off several waves of those. In the northeast of the area, you will find the lorebook Bloodfiends of Rivenspire atop a wooden lookout tower, so be sure to pick that up. Either way, Gavendien will be standing in front of the tower in the west of the area. Kill him. Your next objective after this is to find the stolen jewels, which will be in the cart to your right when facing away from the tower. When you have the gems, head back to Fell's Run and speak with Agazu to finish the quest.
