Fennorian is an Altmer vampire encountered in various locations depending on the Vestige's choices.
Background
Fennorian is a young vampire scholar served as a researcher in House Ravenwatch. He was close and possibly related to Count Verandis Ravenwatch, who brought him into the House as a ward.[1]
New Greymoor characters will first encounter Fennorian in the expansion's tutorial quest, "Bound in Blood." Experienced characters will encounter him on the road near Kilkreath Temple during "The Gathering Storm" or in the group dungeon Unhallowed Grave.
