Fetid Grove is southwest of Camp Hopeful near the middle of the lake. Pyke's Medallion from the quest "To Help A Hero" is in a chest there. It is a large cave with tunnels, a sublocation and a few traps. There are also several amber stumps.

Pyke is a former Knight of the Thorn. He lost his Medallion shortly after entering the Isles. Although he says he has no wish to return home or remain a knight, he still wants the help to retrieve his medallion.
