Gadeneri Ralvel is a lost Dunmer ghost found on the Hill of Suicides at the center of the Shivering Isles.
Background[]
Her soul was cursed to live on top of the hill for killing herself. Gadeneri's soul can be freed if her skull is returned to her remains. Her skull can be found in Knifepoint Hollow.
She has a brother, Erver Devani, in Deepwallow who will pay for the return of her skull, thus freeing her spirit from the Hill of Suicides.

Ghosts of the Hill of Suicides[]
It is a crime in the Shivering Isles to commit suicide, the punishment for that poor soul is eternity trapped on the Hill of Suicides. The only way to break the curse is for somebody to return the skull to its ghost.
