The Hammer and Tongs, run by Agnete the Pickled, has weapons and armor for sale in Skingrad. Agnete also offers repair services. This smithy is next to the alchemy store, All Things Alchemical. The entrance opens into the foyer and most often Agnete can be found through the right archway.
