Saliith is an Argonian, who wishes to join the Arena as a combatant and is the sparring partner of Branwen.
They train every day outside of the Imperial City Arena. If the Hero watches Saliith and Branwen spar for a minute or two, they will receive a +5 increase to their Hand-to-Hand skill.
