  The Fire and Steel is the blacksmith's shop in Chorrol that does weapon and armour repairs its owned by Rasheda. If you manage to sneak into it at night while Rasheda is sleeping, there is a cupboard downstairs to the left with a Very hard lock. If you manage to open it, there is a whole heap of equipment inside depending on your level.
