Not to be confused with Firemoth.
"Firewatch is the closest City-State to the firecone, Dagoth Ur. Legend has it that a great labyrinth resides under that fiery mountain. Here in this city however, the danger comes from other sources..."
―Description in Arena[src]

Firewatch is one of the eight major cities in the province of Morrowind and is the capital of the northernmost reaches of the Telvanni Peninsula. The city has taken its name from protecting the region from Red Mountain, the volcano located on Vvardenfell.

Description

Geography

The city of Firewatch is based on the northernmost tip of the Telvanni Peninsula, a vast region that makes up a big portion of the province. Several other settlements are located near Firewatch including the towns of Tel Mora in the west, Velothis Haven to the east, and the grand city of Port Telvannis to the northeast in the Telvanni Isles. The Sea of Ghosts is heavily populated with seafarers and Buccaneers making Firewatch home to the ruffians of the Padomaic Ocean. Firewatch is deep within the House Telvanni District, making the city affiliated with the Telvanni Mages of the North.
