First Mate Elvira Derre is a Breton residing in Steelheart Moorings, Stormhaven. She is the second-in-command of Captain Albert Marck. She asks for help rescuing her companions taken hostage by the Ember-Eye Slavers who use the settlement as a base. She will approach the Vestige when located near the town.

Slavers are using Steelheart Moorings as their base of operations and they're holding some sailors who they recently captured. The first mate has asked the Vestige to help free the sailors from the slavers' clutches.
Later she appears in the Cloudy Dregs Inn in Wayrest where she tells the Vestige they are still raising funds for their next voyage.
