Forceful is a passive skill in the Two Handed skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Effects

WITH TWO-HANDED WEAPON EQUIPPED

• Rank I: Your Light and Heavy Attacks damage up to 2 other nearby enemies for 13% of the damage inflicted to the primary target.
• Rank II: Your Light and Heavy Attacks damage up to 2 other nearby enemies for 25% of the damage inflicted to the primary target.

Requirement

Unlocked at Two Handed Rank V.

Updates

• Update 5: This passive now applies splash damage to two targets instead of one.
• Update 5: Bleed: Fixed an issue where this passive couldn't critical strike when you had an axe equipped.
• Update 5: This passive now causes axes to deal bleed damage over 6 seconds instead of 10.
• Update 5: Increased the damage per tick, though the total damage dealt remains unchanged.
• Update 5: This passive now causes maces to ignore 10%/20% of your target's armor.
