The Fork of Horripilation can be found at Longtooth Camp, a little northeast of the Xaselm Secret Entrance. It can be found in a jewelry box in front of a small bust of Sheogorath or on one of the Heretics at the camp, and can be given to Big Head in Bliss for a skill increase in either Alchemy, Blade, or Sneak.
