Fort Empire is a fort ruin located on the Red Ring Road at the northwestern coast of Lake Rumare. If you continue along the northern coast of the lake, you will eventually find Fort Caractacus.
There are the reamins of two small towers near the base of Fort Empire and ancillary ruins can be seen around the Red Ring Road area. The remains of the upper floors include some statuary and a chest but are mostly barren. The topmost floor offers a good view of Lake Rumare, the Imperial City and White Gold Tower.
Fort Empire is mainly inhabitied by, depending on your level, any mythic creatures such as Minoutars, Trolls, Ogres, and the usual Imps.
There are no significant flora in the immediate vicinity.
