Gable the Traitor is a Wraith encountered aboard the Emma May. He was the leader of the mutiny resulting in the death of the Forlorn Watchman.
He holds the key to the shackles that hold the skeleton of Grantham Blakeley. He can be taken out with enchanted arrows, an enchanted bow, or silver weapons.
