Gaston Surilie is a Breton and a resident of Skingrad. He, along with his brother Davide, run the Surilie Brothers Vineyards outside of the gates of Skingrad.
They make some of the best wines, Surilie Brothers Wine, Surilie Brothers Vintage 415 and Surilie Brothers Vintage 399, in Cyrodiil, according to the townspeople.
