General Khamagash is an Orsimer general in the Covenant army, and is the second-in-command to Grand Warlord Dortene along with General Am-Shadal. According to the note on his desk, General Khamash has lost a number of troops on scouting missions.
Khamagash rewards the Vestige after completing quests to kill enemy players and scouting missions on enemy keeps and resources, obtained from the two quest boards flanking him.
Grand Warlord Dortene sent me to talk to you."New recruit, eh? Hope you're better than the last few who've come through here. See the Bounty and Scouting boards on either side of me? Those are the missions I'm in charge of."
