The Glass Greatsword is a two-handed weapon in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Locations

Unenchanted glass greatswords will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 27, and enchanted greatswords can be found at level 28. These locations include:

Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
Wielded by various characters or enemies.
Found as random loot in chests or as a world item throughout Skyrim.

Fixed locations

Jorrvaskr Living Quarters, in a display case by Kodlak's room if at the required level.

Smithing

A glass greatsword requires a Smithing level of 70 and the Glass Smithing perk to create. It can be forged at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:

It can be upgraded with a refined malachite ingot at a grindstone. The Glass Smithing perk doubles the improvement.

Trivia

In the center of the greatsword is a design that is quite similar to the eye of a peacock feather.
