Governor Vinticae is the governor of Dawnstar during the events of The Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar. He is responsible for banishing his four champions, Alhavara, Beatrice, Chung and Delacroix. He tasks the Hero of Dawnstar with finding out which of the four had betrayed him during the first assault on the city from the Ice Tribes. Upon succeeding in their mission, he gives the Hero of Dawnstar the Starfrost before the final battle.
If the player successfully kills Gehenoth Thriceborn, Governor Vinticae gives the player 3000 
in thanks.
Trivia[]
- Although the victory screen mentions a received 3000 reward from the Governor, it is not possible to spend it, due to the game ending.
- There is a Gift Item named Governor's Journal that can be found in a chest near Troll Pace.
