Gro-Bagrat Plantation is a plantation located north of Vivec City in the Ascadian Isles. It is the residence of Gurak gro-Bagrat, a skooma dealer who has ties both to the Camonna Tong crime syndicate, and the Imperial Legion. A skooma lab can be found in the basement of his home.
