Guilbert Selone is a Breton in Kvatch. He is found in the Chapel of Akatosh during the "Find the Heir" quest. After the refugees are evacuated, he can be found at the Kvatch: Refugee Camp.

Find the Heir
Now that the Amulet of Kings has been delivered to Jauffre, the Hero must find the only remaining heir to the throne, a priest named Martin. Jauffre says that he is currently the priest at the chapel in Kvatch.

- Kvatch "I'm not going out there. What's the point? There's nothing left. I'll just stay right here."
