Haekwon is a Redguard worshipper of the Daedric Prince Boethiah, and can be found at the Prince's shrine.

Haekwon spends all of his time worshipping Boethiah, never taking a break to eat or sleep. He believes any outsiders who discover the shrine are foolish if they wish to approach the shrine, as any who are found unworthy risk a brutal death. He cannot be killed without finishing "Boethiah's Quest."

"You approach the Shrine of Boethia. Tread lightly."

Shrine of Boethia "You believe yourself worthy to approach the Shrine of Boethiah? Perhaps. Or, perhaps you will be slaughtered. It is your choice."

I will approach the shrine. "You are brave. Or suicidal. Approach then, and make an offering. Boethia demands a daedra's heart."

I will not approach the shrine. "Your decision is a wise one. You would be foolish to think that you might gain the favor of Boethia."
