Haekwon is a Redguard worshiper of the Daedric Prince Boethiah, and can be found at the Prince's shrine.
Haekwon spends all of his time worshiping Boethiah, never taking a break to eat or sleep. He believes any outsiders who discover the shrine are foolish if they wish to approach the shrine, as any who are found unworthy risk a brutal death. He cannot be killed without finishing "Boethiah's Quest."
